Amor Bracelets is a small business owned by one person. Please be respectful, patient and truthful when emailing any questions or concerns. It is really appreciated. <3 Please review the customer policy below to ensure an ideal shopping experience. 

Returns and Refunds

NO returns or refunds All sales are FINAL! Due to sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned. 

Items are made and packaged with care and are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If item(s) arrived damaged, please email proof such as photos, videos, purchase dates and any other additional evidence. If a request to replace the item(s) is approved, Amor Bracelets will ship out a replacement of that item. If the item(s) you ordered becomes out of stock, you may choose another one! 

Incorrect Address / Shipping Concerns

Before completing an order, please make sure your personal information is correct! If your address is incorrect, please quickly email contactamorbracelets@gmail.com within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a reshipment fee to resend the package to your updated address. If the item(s) you ordered becomes out of stock, you may choose another one! 

Amor Bracelets is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you have any concerns regarding this issue, please contact the shipping carrier. Once a package is shipped out, Amor Bracelets is no longer in control of it. 

Packages are not shipped on holidays. Any packages and emails on holidays will be shipped and answered next day.
