Amor Bracelets is a small business owned by one person. Please be respectful, patient and truthful when emailing any questions or concerns. It is really appreciated. <3 Review the customer policies below to ensure an ideal online shopping experience. 

Returns, Refunds and in-store credit

NO returns or money refunds All sales are FINAL! Due to sanitary reasons, items cannot be returned. 

Items are made and packaged with care and are thoroughly inspected before shipment. If item(s) arrived damaged, please email proof such as photos, videos, purchase dates and any other additional evidence. If a request to replace the item(s) is approved, Amor Bracelets will ship out a replacement of that item. If the item(s) you ordered becomes out of stock, you may choose another one! (based on the same price range as the previous item(s). 

If eligible, you can be given in-store credit instead as a refund, which you can use to purchase another item; etc. Please feel free to email or DM for these types of situations! 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it can take up to 1-2 days to pack it! Orders are then shipped out as soon as possible so it can come to you quickly! 

Shipping Times

Packages may take 2-7 business days to ship depending on your location! (for reference, Amor Bracelets is based in NYC) Tracking is added to every order, so feel free to check it on your order page! 

Packages are not shipped/sent out on Sundays and holidays. Any packages and emails on holidays will be shipped and answered the next day. Weather conditions can also delay packages by a day or more. (I will announce information like that on my Instagram)

Incorrect Address / Shipping Concerns

Before completing an order, please make sure your personal information is correct! If your address is incorrect, please quickly email contactamorbracelets@gmail.com within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a reshipment fee to resend the package to your updated address. If the item(s) you ordered becomes out of stock, you may choose another one! (based on the same price range as the previous item(s)

Amor Bracelets is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages. If you have any concerns regarding this issue, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS). Once a package is shipped out, Amor Bracelets is no longer in control of it.
